By entering the Odopa community, you agree to uphold our standards of authenticity, respect, and safety.
Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least **18 years old** to create an account on Odopa. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Community Standards
No Impersonation
Catfishing or creating fake profiles is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate permanent ban.
Respectful Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, and abusive behavior are not tolerated within our ecosystem.
Content Ownership
You own the content you post on Odopa. However, by posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display that content to other users for the purpose of operating the service.
Disclaimer of Liability
Odopa is provided "AS IS." We do not conduct criminal background checks on all users. Your interactions with other members are your sole responsibility. Odopa is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes will be settled through the appropriate legal channels in Accra.
